I believe connection is the cornerstone of humanity’s next great evolution in leadership and business.
What I observed in those corporate halls was the raw material for something bigger. I devoted myself to studying the art of powerful storytelling, the psychology of influence, and transformational leadership. I took the best ideas and developed my own frameworks around what I now call “Connectology.”
Today, those insights I captured and refined have evolved into programs that are reshaping how leaders approach performance, culture, and are core drivers of bottom-line success.
I see it with absolute clarity–the Power of Connection This is exciting! is the future of work, leadership, and human potential.
It has been such a blessing to see the 14 books (including two international bestsellers) I’ve authored and training materials become blueprints for a new era where connection intelligence becomes as crucial as emotional intelligence was in the previous decade.
As a trusted voice at the intersection of human behavior and organizational excellence, I’ve been invited to lead some disruptive conversations across media platforms including:
- ABC
- Fox News
- Headline News (HLN)
- Forbes
- Glamour.com
- The Huffington Post
- USA Today
The response has been so overwhelming, the term “Connectology” is registered with the United States government.
I am proud to be an alumnus of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘Em Horns!), a certified trainer for Ken Blanchard Company’s Situational Leadership II, and a graduate of the Tuck Executive Education Minority Business Program at Dartmouth College.
March 5th (my birthday) is known as “Jonathan Sprinkles Day YAY! ” in Houston, Texas!
When I’m not working on building more “Connectologists” and “Connectionistas,” you’ll find me passionately debating about football, fulfilling my unrealized sports fantasies by yelling from the stands at my son’s athletic events, training for another half marathon, ruining hit songs with halfway made up lyrics in the shower, and satisfying my addiction to Amazon Prime.
